Great hotel with amenities like air conditioning, express check-in, and luggage storage. I remember how staff helped with my room issue at night. I recommend making use of their laundry services. I'm coming back for Christmas.

Adequate and good breakfast options, including croissants and slices of fresh bread. Excellent food plus knowledgeable staff.

Maybe just a small thing. Our bedroom had a bath not a shower. We didn't want to disturb and ask for a change in the room as we were a group of 7 and were all on the same floor. We would have preferred a shower.

The check-in process was a major hassle!!! No on-site staff available to address concerns!!! A complete lack of soundproofing made for a sleepless night!!! Heating systems need checks as they were not operational!!!

What a really lovely stay, nothing to complain about. Clean facilities and an adequate breakfast with boiled eggs and yogurt and pastries. Location so close to "Piazza San Marco " as well as a quiet back canal...

Great location and comfy stay!

Loved how central the place was! We were super close to all the sights, and the staff helped us with our bags and gave us great tips. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heat. Only thing was the shower could've had better water pressure. Breakfast at the nearby café was delicious!

Difficult to find, but that is Venice and more our fault than anything.

We stayed in a spacious triple room with our little ones, and the convenient kitchen area was a lifesaver for quick snacks. The location near Piazza San Marco is perfect for exploring, and we enjoyed being in a quiet spot at night.

My wife says that sheets could be improved for comfort.

It is in a great location. Very clean and nice size room. Breakfast was nice and was included in the price. Also they have an elevator for those on upper floors. That was a nice bonus from some of the other hotels we have stayed in.

Amazing location right near all the main sights, our room was super spacious and had beautiful venetian decor. The bed was comfy, and it was nice and quiet at night. We loved being close to this cute little bakery that had the best croissants and cappuccinos for breakfast. We got to check in our bags early and explore, a huge plus.

The shower was a bit slippery with no mat, and it could be dangerous. The dog from the neighboring building barked all day and night, super annoying.

Great location on a quiet place, it is an annex house in a short walk distance from the Hotel Casa Verardo. We were living on the first floor in La Locandiera, and therefore were eating our breakfast at the hotel Casa Verardo. The breakfast was very good and we have got a possibility to sit outside on a nice breakfast terrace. Nice and friendly stuff, trip to Murano for free. The room was of a good size, nicely furnished. We have had a very good experience at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody.
